Steve Trease

Steve was born and raised in the small midwestern town of Newton Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa before transferring and moving to the triangle with family and graduating from NC State. The combination of small town values and his passion for serving others make him the ideal provider of mortgage services. After working as a local mortgage broker for 11 years, Steve decided to open his open boutique style mortgage company.

With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Steve is committed to helping clients achieve their financial home goals and building long term relationships. He takes a consultative approach to the loan process by customizing each home loan solution to help clients achieve their home financing goals.

What is most satisfy to Steve about being a mortgage professional is helping the same clients multiple times as their needs change; from buying their first home, refinancing, buying their dream house, to downsizing to a retirement home. Steve counts it a privilege to have been invited into thousands of families lives by helping them navigate through the mortgage process, often multiple times.

Although Steve is an NC State grad and fan, he is forever a Hawkeye. He enjoys cheering on his Iowa Hawkeyes and is a both a college and pro sports fan in general. He is especially fond of attending and cheering on, with his wife, Regina, one of his 4 children’s games if he is not coaching.
